Located in Bellmawr, NJ, Single Source Plus “Single Source Plus is a family owned and operated commercial laundry company serving the hospitality industry across the tri-state area. Since 2011, our incredible staff has helped us build a reputation for reliable service and exceptional linen quality that keeps both our clients and their guests satisfied. We specialize in laundry solutions for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses—delivering clean, crisp linens that elevate the guest experience. As a family-owned and operated company, we take pride in our work, our relationships, and our role in the community. Meet The Team
Brian Beere
Owner
Brian Beere, President of Single Source Plus, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the commercial laundry industry. His career began while pursuing a degree at the University of Miami, working part-time for a uniform and mat rental company in South Florida and spending summers at his father’s business, U.S. Uniform.After graduation, Brian joined U.S. Uniform full-time, leading its sales department before taking ownership in 1988. Under his leadership, the company expanded into a larger, state-of-the-art facility and continued to grow for 16 years until it was acquired by Aramark in 2004.Following the sale, Brian shifted his focus to direct sales while keeping an eye out for his next venture. In 2013, he acquired Single Source Plus—a small hospitality laundry business in Bellmawr, NJ, serving just six customers at the time. Since then, under Brian’s leadership, Single Source Plus has experienced remarkable growth and now processes over 10 million pounds of hotel laundry annually.
Raul Negron
General Manager
Raul Negron brings over two decades of experience in commercial laundry operations to his role as Operations Manager at Single Source Plus. His career began at Aramark Uniform Services, where he spent nearly seven years overseeing plant operations, gaining deep expertise in workflow optimization and quality control. In 2012, Raul joined Single Source Plus, where his leadership has been instrumental in scaling the company’s processing capacity and enhancing operational efficiency.
In addition to his operational expertise, Raul places a strong emphasis on employee morale and cultivating a positive plant culture. He believes that a motivated and engaged workforce is key to sustained success, and he works closely with his teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. His dedication to excellence, team development, and workplace culture has helped position Single Source Plus as a trusted partner in the hospitality laundry sector.
Kristin Negron
HR & Finance Manager
Kristin Negron serves as the Human Resources and Finance Manager at Single Source Plus. Since joining the team in 2016, she has overseen employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and all core financial operations. In her finance role, Kristin manages accounts receivable and payable, handles daily banking activities, and ensures accurate financial reporting. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining financial integrity, Kristin plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Michael O'Neill
Plant Manager
Michael O'Neill serves as the Plant Manager at Single Source Plus, bringing over a decade of experience in the commercial laundry industry. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Michael's commitment to excellence and team development has significantly contributed to the company's growth and reputation in the hospitality sector.
